An hour and a half journey where I’ll lead you through a guided meditation, powerful breathwork and tuning to release anxiety, stress, pain and feeling stuck.
By the end of the session, you will reconnect to your body and voice on a deeper level, feel confident and light, heal physical and emotional pain, gain clarity, get inspired and so much more!

What is breathwork?
Scientific studies have proven numerous benefits to breathwork including stress reduction, improved concentration and attention, reduced blood pressure, reduced chronic pain and a boost to the immune system. Breathwork is also linked to better emotional regulation, improved sleep, relaxation, and energy.

1) When do I get the link for the Zoom meeting?
After you booked your spot and paid you will get an email a day before the session with the Zoom link.
2) What do I need to prepare?
Please make sure you have a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for an hour and a half, good internet connection on your computer, headphones (you can connect to your computer), yoga mat and a blanket. Also, if you have an essestial oil you like to use, sage, palo santo and crystals- feel free to bring them to your experience as well.
